The Pied Piper, a classic fairy tale about following the leader and one that we all seemingly know about. Sometimes it makes sense to follow someone else. Just keep your eye on them. It’s an easy way to travel. Of course, if the leader happens to go the wrong way, or suddenly comes to an unexpected stop, you might find yourself regretting the mindless act of having followed them.

Two major driving techniques are being used by today’s self-driving cars; namely they look for lane markings to gauge where the road lane is, and they look at the car ahead to gauge appropriate forward motion.
Let’s consider these two techniques.
Imagine that you are driving on the freeway and want to do the minimal effort needed to drive among the other cars that are the freeway with you.
